Therapy

I offer a complimentary, no-obligation phone or video consultation to discuss your goals and address any questions. I want you to feel comfortable and supported in this process. During this consultation, we will determine if we are a good fit for each other.

If you decide to move ahead, I offer:

• 50-minute sessions for individuals and couples, virtual or in-person

• Sessions are typically held once a week, unless otherwise discussed

• Hourly cash pay rate: $195. Sliding-scale slots may be available. In network with Aetna only. Superbills are provided to out-of-network clients seeking reimbursement.

• 180-minute KAP dosing sessions. Twenty per cent (20%) discount for dosing sessions only.
