Therapeutic Approach

Healing is deeply personal—and I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful catalyst for change. I work in a relational style, meaning I show up authentically and collaboratively, creating a space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, not judgment.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed lens and draws from a range of evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for clients looking to address trauma, persistent emotional pain, or stuck patterns in innovative and effective ways.

I also incorporate Attachment Theory, Humanistic and Depth Psychology, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic insights, and Client-Centered techniques—tailoring our work to your unique needs, history, and readiness.

This integrative framework allows us to address not only surface-level symptoms, but also the deeper roots of your distress. Whether we’re processing past trauma, exploring parts of self, or navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I strive to meet you where you are—with attunement, empathy, and a belief in your capacity to grow.

“You are the sky. Everything else—it’s just the weather.” Pema Chödrön
