Therapeutic Approach

Healing is a personal journey, and the therapeutic relationship can serve as a powerful catalyst for change. I adopt a relational style, meaning I show up authentically and collaboratively, creating a safe space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, without judgment. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed perspective and incorporates a variety of evidence-based and depth-oriented methods. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to help clients address trauma, persistent emotional pain, or stuck patterns in innovative and effective ways.

I also incorporate Attachment Theory, Humanistic and Depth Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic insights, and Client-Centered techniques, customizing our work to your unique needs, history, and readiness. This integrative framework allows us to address surface symptoms and the deeper roots of your distress. Whether we’re processing past trauma, exploring parts of self, or navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I aim to meet you where you are with attunement, empathy, and a belief in your capacity to grow.
